Matt has a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communication and a master’s degree in Nonprofit Leadership.

Kenda joined BCI in 2024 after seven years with the Center for Specialized Services. During her time there, she held various director and vocational evaluation roles as an Autism Specialist and currently holds a certification as a Work Incentive Practitioner. Passionate about BCI’s mission, she finds it highly rewarding to contribute to an organization dedicated to improving lives. She is committed to helping adults with disabilities recognize their potential and creating inclusive environments where diversity is celebrated.

Jack Matlock
Job Retention Specialist

Jack Matlock joined BCI in 2023 as a Job Retention Specialist. A former VP at CitiMortgage with 18 years of experience in loss mitigation and project management, Jack now supports adults with disabilities working competitively in the community. He holds a degree in business management from Middle Tennessee State University. As a person with a disability himself, Jack is drawn to empowering adults with disabilities. He believes in the value of inclusion, recognizing the passion and dedication they bring to the workforce and the community.

Amy joined BCI in 2024 and brings a wealth of experience in project management, quality assurance, and client relations. Before BCI, Amy worked as a Supervisor and Senior Project Manager, where she honed her skills in managing complex projects and teams. She holds a B.A. in English from Davidson College and has showcased her adaptability and commitment to quality across roles throughout her career. Amy believes we are all responsible for reaching out and ensuring everyone feels included, and she admires BCI’s innovation and commitment to creating employment opportunities for adults with disabilities.

Ashleigh Armstrong BCI

Ashleigh Armstrong
Competitive Employment Advisor

Ashleigh joined BCI in 2026 after working as a Behavior Specialist and Case Manager at St. Louis Life. She holds a master’s degree in Behavior Analysis Practice from the Florida Institute of Technology and has completed training in therapeutic programming, behavior supports, and CPR/First Aid. She is also a certified Level 1 Medication Aide and Direct Support Professional. Ashleigh was drawn to BCI for its commitment to inclusion, independence, and dignity, and is motivated by helping adults with disabilities achieve their goals through belonging, choice, and recognition of individual strengths.

Hannah Raines, BCI

Hannah joined BCI in 2026, bringing both experience and heart to her role. Previously a Community Specialist with The Adam Morgan Foundation, she holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Walden University. Hannah supports individuals in securing community job placements and was drawn to BCI’s mission of expanding opportunities for those often overlooked. She values celebrating every milestone and believes each person brings unique strengths. Her philosophy of inclusion centers on belonging, value, and full participation. Hannah is proud to help individuals discover their abilities and achieve meaningful employment.

Aaron Frisby BCI

Aaron joined BCI in 2026 as a Competitive Employment Advisor. She brings experience from The Behavior Helper Academy, where she served as an autism teacher and staff training lead, specializing in evidence-based practices. Aaron holds a Bachelor of General Studies with an emphasis in Child Development and Psychology from Missouri State University and is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Passionate about inclusion, she is driven to help individuals recognize their strengths, build confidence, and achieve greater independence through opportunities that lead to purpose and long-term success.

Jason Bergmann, BCI

Competitive Employment Advisor, Metro East

Jason Bergmann joined BCI in 2025 as our Metro East-based Competitive Employment Advisor, bringing more than six years of human resources experience from his previous role as a Human Resources Advisor. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Management, as well as associate degrees in Paralegal Studies and General Studies. Jason was drawn to BCI as an opportunity to continue growing professionally while contributing to work that strengthens the community. New to the disability services field, he values the fresh challenges and learning opportunities each day brings. His philosophy on inclusion is simple: everyone deserves an opportunity.

Joshua Wood, BCI

Joshua Wood
Director of Competitive Employment, Metro East

Joshua Wood serves as BCI’s Director of Competitive Employment for the Metro East, overseeing programs and services that help individuals secure meaningful work in Madison, St. Clair, and Monroe counties. He previously worked as a Veteran Employment Resource Coordinator with Serco and holds an associate’s degree in Aviation Management and a bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Joshua is passionate about helping people overcome barriers and achieve independence through employment. He was drawn to BCI because of its mission and strong team connection, and he believes everyone deserves equal access to opportunities and support. He is excited to be part of BCI and contribute to its impact.

Benefits Case Manager & Work Incentive Practitioner

Diana joined BCI in 2025 as a Benefits Case Manager, bringing extensive experience from her previous role at Sts. Joachim and Ann Care Service, where she supported families, children, individuals with disabilities, and the homeless. She holds a BA in Psychology from Quincy University and has earned full credentials as a Work Incentive Practitioner through Cornell University. Passionate about inclusion, Diana helps individuals receiving public benefits understand how work can lead to employment and greater financial independence. LaMonte Hamilton BCI

LaMonte' Hamilton, WIP-C
Benefits Case Manager & Work Incentive Practitioner

LaMonte’ Hamilton II joined BCI in 2025 as a Benefits Case Manager. He previously worked as a Social Worker at the St. Louis Society for the Blind and Visually Impaired, where he conducted intake assessments and made referrals. Later, he returned as a Master of Social Work (MSW) student to practice case management. LaMonte’ earned his Bachelor of Social Work from UMSL in 2021 and his MSW from Missouri Baptist University in 2025. He earned full credentials as a Work Incentive Practitioner through Cornell University in March of 2026. Motivated by personal experiences with disability, he is passionate about inclusion and grateful to serve BCI’s mission. Appointments can be scheduled at calendly.com.
