Brett has been working part-time at True Manufacturing for more than a year—and he knew it was where he wanted to work after touring the company during BCI’s SparkForce Inclusive Manufacturing Summer Camp.
During his BCI vocational training, one of Brett’s favorite parts was working with metal, so it’s no surprise he’s now a mid-shift operator of the UR1 machine. It’s a job he’s proud of and approaches with great care, while working toward his next two goals: going full-time at True and learning to drive.
Brett’s talents extend beyond manufacturing, too. Since 2022, he’s worked as a Fright Fest character actor at Six Flags, where he’s been named Super Freak of the Year twice.
